The ventilation could be improved for better air quality!!! The card reader at the door often malfunctioned, causing unnecessary hassle!!! Limited space for luggage and clothing might not suit those staying longer!!!

With a fantastic breakfast buffet and super friendly staff, staying here made my city exploring easy as I was just a few steps from Karl Johans gate and the beautiful Oslo Cathedral.

We had an amazing time here! The view from our room was stunning, and we loved having the option to relax at the lounge or enjoy the breakfast buffet. The only downside was that we sometimes had trouble with the hot water in the shower, but it didn’t ruin our stay. 😊

i loved attending a wedding ceremony here. the ambiance exceeded my expectations, especially the breakfast with its fresh ingredients and lovely views of the parliament. the room was spacious and bright, making my stay very comfortable.

I greatly enjoyed the fantastic breakfast buffet with many homemade options. The coffee and juices were excellent, adding to the morning experience. The location stood out too. it’s close to central attractions and has a vibrant nightlife nearby, making it easy to explore. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. They arranged a lovely breakfast package when I had to catch an early flight. On the flip side, I faced an issue with the air conditioning, or rather the lack of it. The temperature control wasn’t effective. the room felt overly warm, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The reception staff tried to assist by bringing up a fan, but it didn't fully resolve the situation. I left a bit disappointed that the advertised amenities didn't meet my expectations, especially during the summer heat.

The location is superb, allowing easy access to attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was a highlight with a wide variety of homemade options. However, the noise levels from nearby bars and trams were disruptive at night. Additionally, there were maintenance issues with an elevator being out of service, and the lack of resolution regarding the thermostat in our room was disappointing.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, laundry, and 24-hour reception. I remember how the staff helped me with evening plans during my first visit. I highly recommend it for a pleasant stay! I'm coming back next year.

I appreciated the friendly staff and the fantastic breakfast options. The iron and ironing board in my room were a thoughtful touch. However, be prepared for a bit of a trek to the elevators, as they are not conveniently located. A perfect choice for a solo traveler!

Family with children great comfort

The room was large , with a very comfy bed that fit our family of three just perfectly. On the 7th floor, they have this amazing lounge with stunning views and free snacks like coffee and fruits, it was a nice touch to unwind after a long day.

It wasn't exactly cheap , but you get what you pay for here.

My stay at the hotel was frustrating due to the issues I encountered with the room. The temperature control was ineffective, making it uncomfortably warm during the night. In addition, the electronic door lock had an unusual delay, taking over 45 seconds to secure, which left me feeling uncertain about my safety.
